Apartment rates

Low Season Apartment Rates

*The Agency has the right to change the Apartment rates, thus the prices on the website have only informative caracter. The Apartment rates have to be confirmed by phone or e-mail.

Rental Terms and Conditions

*All prices are listed in euros and payable in dinars (RSD) at the official exchange rate of our Bank. All prices include VAT.

*Reservations are fully confirmed after we receive deposit payment in amount 20% of lease price. Deposit can be paid either in cash or directly on our bank account. The costs of the money transfer on our bank account should be fully paid by the client.

*City tax is 1.3 € (121.00 RSD) per person for each day of stay.

*In case of  reservation canceling 72h or less before Arrival, Agency keeps amount of one day apartment rate.

*Damage deposit is obligatory. It is taken before entering the apartment, and it is returned after the guest leaves the apartment, if all the property is in its original state.

*Agency does not take the responsibility for guest's valuable personal belongings or any  technical equipment in the apartment, during the guest's stay.

*Children age 7 to 15 years pay only 50% of the city tax.

*Check-in time is from 2:00 PM on Arrival and Check-out time is until  on Departure. In case our guests need or require to stay in the apartment after 10:00 AM it can be arrange if the apartment is available.

* To check in, submit your identification documents to the responsible person from the Agency. It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of accommodation to the room. The Agency accommodates only registered guests. In case unregistered person or persons that are not announced during reservation are found in the room, the Agency has the right to the Agency has the right to surcharge 30% of daily apartment rate for each day of stay or to cancel accommodation.

*Until 4 PM there is a surcharge of 50% of the apartment rate, if the apartment is available. After 4 PM, one day apartment rate should be paid.

*There is surcharge for Check-in and Check-out time:

21h-00h = 20€

00h-6:30 = 30€

The price that should be paid for using baby equipment is 25€.
