Apartment is located in Belgrade, in the very city center, in pedestrian area, one minute from Terazije, the central square and Terazije fountain - it is the very center of Balkan peninsula and the distance of each place is measured from that point. Apartment is on a 5 minute walking distance from Knez Mihailova Street which has been named one of the most beautiful pedestrian zones in Eastern Europe, the street which is a constant buzz of people and tourists.
Thousands of people stroll along the street every day as it is the shortest path from Terazije to Kalemegdan park and fortress.

Apartment is on the third floor of the building equipped with elevator and The 38m² apartment contains bedroom with two beds, living room with high quality sofa bed for two persons, kitchen, bathroom and two balconies.

It is suitable for four persons, either for short or long term rent.

Tastefully decorated and fully renovated apartment is equipped with all the amenities that will make your stay feel like you are at home and satisfies highest quality and aesthetic criteria.

Equipment:

Safety door, deposit box, FREE WiFi, phone (FREE LOCAL CALL's), clean towels and bed linen included, CATV, DVD and mp3 player, air conditioner, washing and drying machine, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and fully furnished kitchen with microwave, filter coffee machine and other needed accessories.

Once a week cleaning and towels change is included. Other agreements regarding this matter are possible.

Apartment is designed to be suitable for tourists, but also for choosy business people. It is equipped in order to provide comfort for both short or long term rent.

Rental Terms and Conditions

*All prices are listed in euros and payable in dinars (RSD) at the official exchange rate of our Bank. All prices include VAT.

The Agency has the right to change the Apartment rates, thus the prices on the website have only informative caracter. The Apartment rates* have to be confirmed by phone or e-mail.

*Reservations are fully confirmed after we receive deposit payment in amount 20% of lease price. Deposit can be paid either in cash or directly on our bank account. The costs of the money transfer on our bank account should be fully paid by the client.

City tax is 1.3 € (121.00 RSD) per person for each day of stay.*

In case of reservation canceling* 72h or less before Arrival, Agency keeps amount of one day apartment rate.

*Damage deposit is obligatory. It is taken before entering the apartment, and it is returned after the guest leaves the apartment, if all the property is in its original state.

*Agency does not take the responsibility for guest's valuable personal belongings or any technical equipment in the apartment, during the guest's stay.

*Children age 7 to 15 years pay only 50% of the city tax.

*Check-in time is from 2:00 PM on Arrival and Check-out time is until on Departure. In case our guests need or require to stay in the apartment after 10:00 AM it can be arrange if the apartment is available.

* To check in, submit your identification documents to the responsible person from the Agency. It is strictly forbidden to bring persons who are not users of accommodation to the room. The Agency accommodates only registered guests. In case unregistered person or persons that are not announced during reservation are found in the room, the Agency has the right to the Agency has the right to surcharge 30% of daily apartment rate for each day of stay or to cancel accommodation.

*Until 4 PM there is a surcharge of 50% of the apartment rate, if the apartment is available. After 4 PM, one day apartment rate should be paid.
