Only 650 meters from Skadarlija bohemian quarter and Cetinjska alternative clubbing district. Nearby is a small park and a couple of convenience and grocery stores. Big green Market “Skadarlija” is on a five minute walking distance from the apartment.
While the location is top central, the very street and the neighbourhood are quiet. Mostly residential. The street itself is relatively isolated from the main roads and has no traffic noise.
Kopitareva gradina – a cultural monument protected by law is a unique area in Belgrade for its environmental and architectural features. Urbanized in the early decades of the 20th century Kopitareva gradina square has generally kept its appearance up to date.
