Is final cleaning included in the price?

For all the apartments the final cleaning is included in the price. There are also 1 or more regular cleanings included in the price. This is applicable to reservations of 9 days or longer. This service also includes fresh bed linen and towels.

If you are staying in the apartment for two weeks for example, feel free to ask us to arrange the regular cleaning twice. The day and the time for the cleaning is arranged with you. However, we will offer time frame usual for providing this kind of service.

In case you prefer to have the cleaning more often, please, feel free to contact us. In addition, we offer extra bed linens and towels.  Therefore, please let us know in case you would like to have these as well. We will inform you about the price according to your requests.

Are there bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?

There are always as many bed linen and towels as the number of persons confirmed through the booking. Apart from these, there are extra blankets to warm you up during the cold days. In case you need more bed linen or towels than initially arranged, please let us know before your arrival so that we could prepare everything accordingly.

Is WiFi internet included in the price?

You are welcome to use unlimited Wi-Fi internet in all our apartments whether for pleasure or work, free of charge.

Are the apartments pet friendly?

Some of the apartments are pet friendly on request and surcharge might be applicable. If you are not staying in a pet friendly apartment, pets are strictly forbidden. We kindly ask you to inform us whether you would like to rent a pet friendly apartment in Belgrade. It would be for the best to mention that you will be bringing your pet with you when making an Inquiry. That way we will be able to offer you all available pet friendly apartments to choose from.

Is it allowed to organize parties, events or celebrations in apartments?

Our apartments are meant to be for accommodation only, so no parties, social events or celebrations are allowed in the apartments or in residential building where the apartments are situated.

Only the number of guests confirmed through the reservation can stay and sleep in the apartments. We kindly ask you to let us know when making an Inquiry in case you plan to organize such an event so that we could recommend suitable space for it.
