We have a lot of guests traveling for business. Basco Agency is sending you instructions for wire transfer or on-line payment right away.
The same as for wire transfer, you get the Receipt for cash payments as well.

Parking is available for some of our Belgrade apartments either in the same building, building courtyard or nearby in a guarded public/private garage.
For most of our Belgrade apartments in Zemun and New Belgrade, parking is free on streets. In the city center and Vračar area there are 3 different parking zones you can use by buying a parking ticket at kiosk or by paying for it with text message (available only for Serbian numbers).
However, majority of our Belgrade apartments are located close to public garages and parks, private garages and SMS car parks where you can park your car for an unlimited amount of time.

Lako parkiraj is an online service that connect those who are in need to park their vehicle with owners that have a parking space to rent. It is basically something like AirBnb for parking.
If you are looking for a parking lot, it is necessary to download Lako parkiraj application to your smartphone. After installation enter where, when and how long you plan to park your car. Payment can be made with a card (you can either buy a prepaid credit or you can make s single transaction for each parking). There is also a possibility to open garage door from application.

Every 7 days our professional cleaning team will spend a few hours making your Belgrade apartment sparkle again with a combination of fresh bed linen and bath towels! Regular cleaning of the apartment is included in the apartment rate and includes cleaning before and after each stay, and once a week for stays over 9 days.
You can also order an additional cleaning or some extra towels if you wish, with surcharge. Additional cleaning includes vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and kitchen.
If you would like to order an additional cleaning of your apartment please let us know at least 24h in advance. A daily cleaning service can also be booked!
